Letting go.

Letting go.  Sometime it is best for you to let go, it is hard but what good will you bring on yourself if you keep holding on? Allow yourself to know that there are times to run, quit, whatever you want to call it and have more time for joy. It really is all about knowing what to hold on to and what to let go of. Knowing and defining what is important to YOU and letting go what is not important to YOU. There are so many of us that hang on to things that at some point have hurt us, angered us, made us feel sad, or depressed us. When you hang on to a negative or unpleasant experience you are constantly thinking about it. And when you constantly think about that negative event you prevent yourself from healing. You have to focus on new things and figure what is more important to you; your happiness or the thing you’re holding on to. When you begin focusing on more positive things you begin attracting positive situations. Move forward instead of backwards, go now; live your life and keep moving toward the future and let go of the past.
Understand that whatever you’re holding on to is hurting you. Why must you sacrifice your happiness for something that cause you pain? I just don’t understand.
